Applied AI · Enablement

It doesn't end at the build — we land it inside your organization

After the build, Plateer AI Labs Enablement comes to your site with the training, operating know-how, and usage practices that let XGEN-based AI settle into the real work.

Build → handover → adoption

Programs

Training programs by role

Taught by the Forward Deployed Engineers themselves

The FDE(Forward Deployed Engineer) who designed and built the system come to your site to run the training. Because the people who built it are the ones teaching, the adoption is grounded in your real working context and data.

Administrator Enablement

Administrator enablement

Administrators learn to handle permissions, monitoring, and operating policy themselves, so the platform runs steadily.

  • Collection and permission management
  • Usage and quality monitoring
  • Operating policy configuration
  • Incident response basics

Practitioner Enablement

Practitioner enablement

Hands-on sessions where business users build knowledge graphs and assemble agents and chatbots without writing code.

  • Building a knowledge graph
  • Using semantic search
  • Assembling no-code agents
  • Writing prompts

Developer & Operator Enablement

Developer and operator enablement

Technical staff learn to integrate with legacy systems and to run and extend the pipeline.

  • MCP and API integration
  • Pipeline configuration
  • Deployment and updates
  • Logs and audit traceability

Adoption & Governance

Adoption and governance

So the training isn't a one-off, we design the internal rollout and the quality and governance structure with you.

  • Internal rollout strategy
  • Embedding the usage guide
  • Running LLM-judge quality evaluation
  • Governance structure

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where does the training take place?

By default we come to you and run it on site, training against your real operating environment and data. Online and hybrid formats are available when needed.

Who is the training for?

The curriculum is split by role — platform administrators, business practitioners, and developers and operators. We adjust the audience and scope to your situation.

Can I take part without coding experience?

Practitioner training is no-code. It covers building a knowledge graph and assembling an agent in roughly 90 seconds, hands on, without writing code.

What support is there after the training?

An adoption check, an operations handover document, and follow-up Q&A. The goal is an organization that runs and extends the AI on its own.

From delivery to adoption

Past the build, all the way to adoption

We don't stop at delivering a solution. We train on site and stay until the organization can run and extend the AI on its own. The program and schedule are designed around your situation.
